* Do you need help with aids and adaptations to facilitate independent living?We offer advise support and advocacy on behalf of our clients with all the above to identify solutions to Disabled Peoples Housing Problems. We believe that housing is a basic fundamental human right and disabled people should have access to appropriate accommodation suitable to their needs.
This is a client led service i.e. it is answerable to you. It is also a one-stop service so all issues can be dealt with at a point. The Housing Service is available to all disabled people and the families of disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham.
