service provides an advice and advocacy service for disabled people claiming
welfare benefits in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Some people are seen by appointment at HAFAD,visits are made to those that are unable to get to the office. All claims for benefit are followed through to their conclusion on either the first claim, |

| the review or representation at appeals tribunal. An Advice Line is available on Tuesday and Thursdays on 0171-371-0233. Hafad members are kept up to date |

changes to benefit registration.If it is not possible to resolve the matter
on the telephone, an appointment will be made.
