Youth Schemes and Youth Clubs

| Are you a
young person with a disability?
Are you sitting about with nothing to do? HAFAD First Chance Project runs a youth scheme during the school holidays and half terms. There are 40 places open to any young person with a disability or learning difficulty aged between 12 and 25. (Priority is given to Hammersmith and Fulham residents) There’s sports, drama, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and trips to local places of interest. We can also put
you in contact with the local Saturday Club and after school scheme.
