Hammersmith And Fulham Action For Disability (HAFAD) is an organization that is run by disabled people for disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham.

We believe that all disabled people are entitled to equal rights as citizens and provide a range of services and activities to ensure that disabled people are able to play a full and active part in society.

We believe that every disabled person has valuable skills, strengths and experiences and our services and activities respond to disabled people's needs, choices and rights.

The Disability Employment Project is one of several services HAFAD offers disabled residents of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The help, advice and support on offer is tailored to the personal requirements and needs of the individual job seeker. This help may include one to one counselling and confidence building, intensive job search, help with application form filling, help with self presentation and the creation of an effective Curriculum Vitae. We also offer assessment and advice to find the right course to increase or intensify skills such as word processing and other information technology related subjects.
